By accessing or using the services of Vaultsphere Ai Technologies Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Vaultsphere Ai Technologies provides debt recovery, telecalling, customer support, email support, and chat support services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
Payment for services must be made as agreed in the service contract. Late payments may incur additional charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Vaultsphere Ai Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
